    Very nice hotel, good service. We were looked after even when we checked out. We used swimming pool safe for kids.

    We were impressed from the minute we got out of the taxi. Door staff and reception staff very attentive and friendly. This was our first time at a Shangri La Hotel but it won't be our last. Service like this will bring us back. And the room was very impressive.
