I trusted this company with my Loro Piana suede loafers — shoes I’ve worn only a handful of times and kept in pristine condition. What I got back was a complete disaster. Not only did they aggressively over-clean the suede, completely ruining its delicate texture and making the shoes look worn and patchy, but they also inexplicably removed the soles and never reattached them. ...
