Worst service! Their customer service is the worst ever, like ever! I applied for a return online, it took them more than 2 weeks to retrieve it after endless phone calls from my end to follow up. They Always say they will call back and they never do, they don’t answer e-mails as well . very bad communication not and i don’t recommend any one to order online.
Very bad experience with Danube home. First thing the customer service is shit. Always say fake promises. And their delivery promises was worst. Couldn't deliver the product on time.
